About Me

I have watched Terry grow since before she was born. She was my first experience in  actually taking care of an infant.  She was the middle child and always very determined as she is today.  Later she was my children's babysitter and then on to high school and college and master's programs.  I watched her get married, have 2 children and now grandchildren that are almost adults.

The children that she has taught through the years have learned much from her.

I admire all that she has done and her strength in doing it.

I wish her well with this site and hope that many of us will check in on it.

It is with sadness that I am posting this message. Kay passed away in the wee hours between Sunday and Monday, 1/24/11. Her love, kindness, and faith will always be celebrated and remembered. Rest in Peace, Kay.

Hi Kay,
I'm glad you enjoy what you've read here so far. I'll continue to add old pieces and new ... I'm having a lot of fun with the photo gallery, remembering so many quilts and so many happy givings.
